Release PR looks correct. Version is bumped consistently across pyproject.toml, uv.lock, and CHANGELOG.md, and __version__ resolves dynamically from package metadata so there's nothing else to update. The [0.4.0] changelog section is properly populated from the prior Unreleased entries.
