Description
This Pull Request adds a new interactive Turtle Racing Game built using Python's native
turtlegraphics module.Key features:
Dynamic racer selection (2 to 10 turtles) via a GUI popup.
Modern dark-themed track with lanes scaling dynamically.
Graphical countdown animation ("3, 2, 1, GO!").
Beautiful winner announcement card drawn on-screen at completion.
A clean, comprehensive
